Add darkmoon faire always

Fun suggestion to add Darkmoon Faire to always be up, 2 weeks in Elwynn and 2 weeks in Mulgore. Think this will make some engamers to maybe do PvE again just to get high numbers.

Either option is fine and this is a great suggestion. I am currently getting DMF when it's up then "Raid Logging" to utilize more effectively.

I'm not saying I want it in mall, I want it to be up 2 weeks in mulgore 2 weeks in elwynn, this mean horde gotta move their ass to elwynn and vice versa.

I can't imagine why it wouldn't just be put up in the mall to save time...traveling has no inherent difficulty in it, it's just going to literally do nothing more than that, waste time for players.
It used to be in the mall and it got removed, I can't imagine why it wouldn't just be returned to where it was if it was going to be brought back...
