3Why are these still unobtainable?
If I understand correctly, the potions were made unobtainable because the spell reflect potion was reflecting spells onto bosses- Heigan would debuff away a huge portion of his own health, Maexxna would webspray herself, etc.
Nobody really used the spell reflect potion in pve anyways. So why not modify the quest so that specific potion isn't offered as a reward; if that's not doable, why not make a custom quest instead (which is obviously doable).
This really doesn't seem like it would require much dev work, and the stamina potion is a pretty important tank buff. I (and the rest of the community, I think) would at least like an explanation as to why nothing's being done.
