Consumables Stacking

With the recent expansion of common consumable items stacking to 100, there are a number of other similar consumables that are not included in that. I certainly appreciate this change for the storage conveniences, and for the sake of consistency here is a list of popular consumables (and their IDs) that do not stack higher.
