teleporters in major cities

Agree! Some of us have low FPS and mall is really crowded so we make Inn in major cities. Would be nice to have teleporters there.

Update the repair vendor to have the following -
Fruitcakes, bis blue bullets and arrows, BG potions, noggenfogger, and soul shard. (vanish and blinding, too?)
