Please make a buff NPC where people can use PvE or PvP tokens to buy world buffs. This will be especially nice for melee ally toons to get warchiefs and make PvE tokens more useful. Make ZG/Ony/Warchiefs/DMT(all 3) cost 100 tokens each and Songflower/Elune 50 tokens each.
