Issue #1 (Green Dragons Difficulty): Green Dragon world bosses (Lethon, Taerar, Emeriss, and Ysondre) are practically unkillable in their current forms given the server population. They hit T3 tanks for 15k according to the discord of players dedicated to trying to, without success, kill green dragons for the past few months. It had been possible to kill them back when the server population was higher, but even then it was extremely rare and difficult to field a 40 man raid full of geared and competent players (or, alternatively, two 40 man raids of average players to zerg it down).
Issue #1 (World Boss Quest Rewards): The quests to kill all 3 Kalimdor World bosses rewards only 300g, as does the quest to kill all 3 Eastern Kingdoms world bosses. Turning in 10 AV marks on AV weekend rewards 4500g, but that takes far less time and coordination than killing even a single world boss.
Suggestion: Nerf Green Dragons to be killable by a 15-20 man raid of geared & competent players (or 30-40 of the average pug that contains at least a few undergeared/unskilled players). Buff the rewards from the "kill all 3 world bosses on each continent" quests from 300g to something more appropriate given the time investment and difficulty, such as 3000g or 2000g + a flask.
I believe this suggestion would encourage more server-wide raids which would be a great thing for the community. It would allow more interaction between players, would encourage new players to keep playing, and also help retain current players by giving them something to do when bored other than afk in hyjal.
