Recipe Flask of supremem power

Im kinda new to the server, and I've already tried to search for the same topic on the forum, but no luck.

I skilled up my alchemy to 300, and i didnt have that much issues to farm flask of titans recipe , but apparently in Scholo loot table is changed on bosses, and ive killed Ras Frostwhisperer numerous times but no luck.

Does it even drop from the boss, or is it removed from the game ?

Yep, you are right. Loot tables are changed for all bosses in Scholo except the last one.

I think that recipe you talking about is unobtainable in game at the moment.

Some people say that they still got it from Ras, but I'm not sure that they are right. Maybe they were doing it before Scholo was changed.
