With vote points it would be great, would give the server more votes and possibly a 1 month timer between changing faction, meaning only can change a specific character's faction once a month, but maybe race /gender change could be once every 2 weeks or something. Just so GMs don't get spammed with people trying to permi change their characters

It sounds great, just a command in game like .changerace, something free would be nice as well.
OR for some vote point too

Please do it, our freakin tauren tank is adding mobs left and right because ultra huge hitbox
